FAQ & Terms

The small print, explained.

PROJECTHELP (Pty) Ltd, as the Administrator of your membership, arranges for a payment instruction to be sent to Wesbank to add R89 (Single) or R159 (Family) to your existing Volkswagen or Audi Financial Services monthly debit order. Should Wesbank be unable to approve the addition due to creditworthiness considerations, we'll debit the existing bank account on file with Wesbank. Payments appear with the reference "ProjectHelp".
No waiting period for licence renewal. You'll receive monthly in-app fines reports and can claim licence renewal benefits immediately. Fines Assist activates once your first debit order has been successfully collected.
Cancel your membership any time with 30 days' notice by emailing allroad@projecthelp.co.za. Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance. No refunds will be allowed on monthly payments.
You get unlimited call-outs every 12 months. If the service is abused (used for events other than emergencies), you may be asked to pay R450 (excl. VAT) per additional call-out. Genuine emergency activations are always covered.
Project Help covers dispatch of medical and ambulance services to you in an emergency. Stabilisation is included. If hospital transportation is needed, the bill is for your account or your medical aid (the emergency provider may bill your medical aid directly). Telephonic medical advice, trauma support, and emergency information are all included.

No — RAF Assist is not an insurance product. It's a service to help you claim from the South African Road Accident Fund. The accident must have happened within South Africa. Claims must be lodged within 3 years (2 years for hit-and-run). We don't guarantee a pay-out from the RAF, but we'll make every reasonable effort to reach a settlement, and we cover all administration, legal, medical and actuarial costs.
Licence renewal is available across all 9 provinces: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Limpopo, Free State, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, and North West. The covered municipal areas may be expanded or contracted from time to time without prior notice.
